Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your PRISMO order, so if for any reason you need to make a return/exchange, you can do so within 14 days after receipt of your order.  We do not pay for return shipping (sorry!).

PRISMO is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments and we recommend you insure all returns.
