Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your PRISMO order, so if for any reason you need to make a return, you can do so within 14 days after receipt of your order.  We unfortunately do not reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping (sorry!).

PRISMO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments and we recommend you insure all returns.

Once your return arrives, we will process it for a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
